Team Lead Server

Are you a seasoned pro who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment? The Derby Bar and Grill is looking for an outstanding Team Lead Server to join our established horse racing-themed restaurant.

As the Team Lead, you’ll report directly to the Manager and act as the lead on the floor, ensuring our guests receive top-level service while mentoring our front-of-house team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing top-tier table service in our unique, racing-focused atmosphere.
• Overseeing service quality and supporting the staff during busy post-time rushes.
• Assisting the Manager with administrative tasks and ensuring the house runs smoothly.
• Compliance: Helping maintain our GPEB and BCLC gambling service standards (we will help you get certified!).
