**Role Summary**



Pearson, the global learning leader, is seeking a Lead, Enterprise Learning and Skills – India role to serve as the managing director for key strategic client relationships, and hold responsibility for the Enterprise Learning and Skills business in India.



The role leads Pearson’s most influential enterprise relationships in one of the world’s largest and fastest-growing talent markets. This role requires a strong, visible leader with deep expertise in AI, workforce transformation, digital learning, and India’s evolving professional skills ecosystem.
