Title: Tech Lead Java (On Site) in Guadalajara

Responsibilities

• Experience between 6 and 10 years in Java development.
• Design and develop using Java 8/11/17 and Microservices with Spring Boot, JPA, and Rest Services.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design.
• Lead technical team and support stakeholders such as PO and Scrum Master.
• Implement message broker queues (Kafka or IBM MQ).
• Knowledge of Docker, databases (MSSQL, Oracle, and equivalents) and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Node, React and Angular is a plus.

Qualifications

• Advanced conversational English proficiency (required).
• Full‑time position; on‑site in Guadalajara.
• Relocation to Guadalajara (preferred).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $95,000 gross.
