Role Overview
The MIT Tech Lead drives the technical direction and delivery of monetization-focused integration solutions. This includes leading the development of HTML-based integration flows, UI components, and tools that help partners implement Xsolla’s monetization products quickly and reliably. The role blends hands‑on engineering, architectural ownership, and leadership of a team building end‑to‑end integration‑level and user‑facing experiences.
