Responsibilities

• Lead main agronomic, commercial, and scientific projects related to forage crops and other crops in the region such as potatoes, apple trees, citrus, and apples.
• Improve and update crop program proposals to fit the region with current practices.
• Provide technical support to Yara's commercial personnel in the region to strengthen our proposal, management, and delivery to clients in the segment.
• Review, create, manage, and accompany demand generation plans directed at the sector, including training, events, and meetings.
• Plan, strategize, and execute tactics with internal areas (sustainability, marketing, logistics, and operations).
• Support the commercial team in searching for and maintaining potential customers in the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in agronomic engineering or a related field.
• Desirable experience in crop nutrition.
