Requirements

• 10-12+ years of experience in PLM technical roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Dassault Systèmes 3DEXPERIENCE platform
• Proven experience leading 3DEXPERIENCE platform upgrades
• Deep knowledge of ENOVIA architecture
• Java, JPO, MQL, TCL scripting
• Customization and configuration frameworks
• Experience with multi-environment deployments and upgrade cycles
• Experience with CATIA, DELMIA, or SIMULIA integrations
• Experience with ERP integrations (SAP preferred)
• Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, or automated testing for PLM platforms

Responsibilities

• Perform technical impact analysis for new releases, custom code, scripts, and configurations
• Integrations and downstream systems
• Contribute to upgrade strategy and roadmap
• Environment upgrades (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
• Cutover and post-upgrade stabilization
