Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing internal product development functions and managing the plant team of quality specialists. This role serves as the primary plant contact for sales staff and customers requiring process assistance, including support for new customers, new materials, and existing product enhancements. The Technical Manager provides technical problem resolution and troubleshooting to ensure efficient performance of products within customer facilities, including resolving product and equipment, sales staff, and R&D to determine product and project specifications, ensure viability, and follow through to full production.
