As our Deployment Lead, you will own the end-to-end rollout of AI software on client production lines. You’ll be the **single point of contact** for 4-5 accounts (think: JUMEX, BACHOCO, PISSA), leading planning, scoping, technical assessments, and go-live. Your job: ensure seamless AI/ML integration while building strong, long-term client relationships.
**What You’ll Do**
- Lead full deployment lifecycle: scoping, technical assessment, equipment procurement, OEE definition, automation supplier coordination.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and training handoffs for AI/ML workflows.
- Keep daily updates in Jira/PM tools to ensure visibility of tasks and milestones.
- Serve as account owner, anticipating client needs and managing expectations.
- Act as troubleshooting lead during deployments, ensuring smooth integration with mínimal downtime.
