A firm is seeking a motivated and technically inclined Technical Sales Representative to work alongside the Sales Manager in supporting and growing OEM customer accounts. This role is intended as a long‑term development position with significant mentorship and training provided over the first 1–2 years.
The successful candidate will gradually develop responsibility for smaller customer accounts while learning how to support larger strategic OEM accounts. This is not a commission‑driven sales environment. The firm emphasizes teamwork, technical support, long‑term customer relationships, and company‑wide success.
