Role: Technical Sales Representative, Feed Additives & Premix

Location : Trouw Nutrition – Western Canada (Calgary, AB or Winnipeg, MB)

Hours/Shift: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm – flexible)

What you’ll do

You’ll own a territory (Western Canada) and quota for our specialty feed additives and premix portfolio—prospecting, developing, and closing new business while expanding share with existing accounts. You will build and manage a qualified pipeline (from lead generation through close), run structured discovery to uncover customer needs and buying drivers, and translate technical insights into clear, value-based proposals that win.
