The Technical Service Engineer is responsible for answering and resolving phone calls and e‑mail requests related to Franklin Electric & WDM products, offering timely and accurate remote and on‑site technical service. The role includes supporting the sales team with quotes, ensuring correct equipment selection and calculation, supporting warranty processes (RMA generation, resolution, replacement delivery), and providing remote and in‑person technical trainings to distributors and their clients.
