What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot, repair, calibrate, and service KARL STORZ medical equipment, including OR1® Integrated Operating Rooms
• Perform on‐site field service, preventative maintenance, and equipment installations
• Support customer demos, conferences, loaners, and equipment evaluations
• Document service activities using SAP ERP and quality system documentation
• Collaborate with Account Executives to promote service programs and displace competitive products
• Deliver high‑quality customer support in fast‑paced, high‑stakes environments
• Travel extensively within your region to support customer sites
