About the Role

Designs, develops, and delivers technical training programs and supporting materials for customers, service centers, and internal personnel. Collaborates with customer and cross‑functional teams to define training objectives, course content, and learning outcomes aligned with operational and business needs.

Translates engineering documentation, field service requirements, and software updates into structured lesson plans, hands‑on exercises, and instructional materials. Ensures all training content remains current with product features, system configurations, and service procedures.
