Product Development Technician

As a Product Development Technician, you will play a hands‑on role in the mechanical and electrical assembly, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of R&D prototypes as well as commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including chillers and heat pumps. This role spans the full product development lifecycle—from fabrication and wiring to startup, functional testing, and validation. You will work closely with R&D and Production teams to ensure systems meet design intent, safety requirements, and performance targets.

What You’ll Do

Mechanical Assembly & Fabrication

• Assemble mechanical components of chillers and heat pumps, including compressors, heat exchangers, piping, valves, and structural elements.
• Perform brazing of copper piping, pipe cutting, fitting, and alignment in accordance with industry standards.
