Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound sales inquiries. Generate new leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Coordinate with team members to improve sales outcomes. Requirements HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) passed. 6 months to 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service. Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Good follow-up and negotiation skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
