Lead the charge in wireless retail as the TELUS & Koodo Regional Sales Manager. Oversee sales performance across several locations in British Columbia.
This position is tailored for an experienced sales leader with a strong presence in the wireless market. With a focus on improving store-level performance and compliance with TELUS, you will coach Store Managers and drive productive sales initiatives. Engage actively in hiring and developing top store talent.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own KPIs and sales performance across ~10 stores
• Coach Store Managers for improved sales outcomes
• Perform regular hands-on coaching through store visits
• Ensure TELUS alignment as primary liaison
• Support the hiring and training of employees
Requirements:
• 6–10 years in wireless retail sales management
• District or regional management experience
