**The Position**

The Tender and Healthcare Affairs Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of:

+ Design and lead implementation of pricing strategy that optimises Gross-to-Net value, optimises profitability, enhances competitive positioning, facilitates optimal price for listing, and enables informed decision-making across HP Business for current and future products.
+ Act as a strategic partner, supporting the design of competitive and sustainable commercial offerings that balance revenue growth with margin protection, while contributing to effective market access.
