As a Territory Business Manager (TBM) in Baxter’s Advanced Surgery division, you are the strategic owner of your territory and the face of Baxter to healthcare professionals. You will drive growth by delivering value‑based solutions, earning trust through expertise, and enabling surgical teams to innovate in the operating room. You will take full accountability for achieving sales objectives while positioning Baxter as a long‑term partner to clinical and administrative stakeholders.
You will be a leader within Baxter’s Field Sales organization, collaborating closely with Associate Sales Representatives, sales leadership, and cross‑functional partners.
