We are looking for a Store Manager for our The Shoe Co. banner who will lead the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. As a Store Manager at The Shoe Co., you will report to the District Manager and lead the team to achieve store objectives, including in‑store sales, web orders, recruiting, performance management, training and development.
