We’re looking for a Store Manager for our The Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a Store Manager at The Shoe Co. , you will report to the District Manager and lead the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for coaching and leading the team to achieve store objectives, which includes in‑store sales, web orders, goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to problem solve, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, lead a dynamic team and execute on operational excellence will be key to your success in this role.
