Your Opportunity:

As a Therapy Assistant in the Stroke Early Supported Discharge team you will have the opportunity to be a transdisciplinary professional under the direction of Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapist, Speech-language Pathologist and Social worker both individually and in co-treatment contexts. You will be led by the Team Lead of the Stroke Early Supported Discharge (SESD) Team reporting to the Manager of the SESD team. You will contribute to effective and efficient rehabilitation services including in-person and virtual client care for adults recovering from strokes, as well as non-client service activities such as ordering supplies; preparing treatment media, and other support/clerical duties as required.
