We are looking for a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Thermal Mechanical Engineering Manager. In this key role, you will lead the design and development of innovative Direct Liquid Cooling solutions, including passive cold plate loops, manifolds, and modular components.

Responsibilities

• Use thermal and mechanical engineering principles to lead the design and development of custom passive coldplate loops and rack & chassis manifolds, leveraging knowledge and experience in heat transfer, fluid dynamics, ergonomics and manufacturability to optimize design outcomes.
• Foster close collaboration with cross‑functional teams and customers to ensure seamless integration of products into overall cooling system designs and effective project execution.
• Oversee the fabrication and testing of products, conduct experiments, collect data, and iterate designs to achieve desired thermal and mechanical performance.
