Join MLSE as a part-time Ticketing Sales and Membership Coordinator, focusing on enhancing customer experience and operational performance. This position prioritizes client service, ticketing technology support, and CRM initiatives.
In this role, you’ll support functional efficiencies across the Sales, Membership, and Ticketing teams, addressing inquiries and optimizing reporting processes. You’ll leverage your analytical abilities to improve ticketing operations and enhance the client experience while promoting a collaborative spirit within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate ticketing initiatives via Salesforce and other tools
• Conduct reporting and maintenance for operational projects
• Assist secondary ticketing operations and program support
• Manage inquiries and sales-related client interactions
