Overview The Impact You'll Make As our Tooling Technician, you’ll play a key role in provide daily support to production cells on machine improvements focusing on work holding & tooling. Your impact? Ensure that tooling and work holding are always available for production.
Responsibilities - Read and understand part prints for dimensions, tolerances and other product specification needed for machining operations.
- Preparation of Tooling using SMED or related methodology.
- Attend customer complaints and implement corrective action.
- Contribute with tooling/fixtures developing for new products.
- Support the training in order to develop technicians as required.
Qualifications - Technician in Electromechanical or Mechatronic
- 2 years of experience as tooling technician or related
- Wide knowledge in cutting tools, cutting conditions and clamping/fixtures
