The organization seeks a Legal Counsel to provide strategic legal, regulatory and compliance advice across public company, corporate/commercial, M&A, and governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide corporate/commercial, securities law and related legal support, including employment and operational issues, acquisitions, financings, regulatory matters, and other key issues affecting Toromont’s businesses.
• Review, negotiate and draft a substantial and wide range of commercial contracts, including procurement, supply, services, real estate, sales and vendor agreements.
