• At least 6 months of experience in Track & Trace or shipment tracking (required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for 100% on-site work in Barranquilla.
