Position Summary
The position will be responsible for ensuring compliance with US and Mexican Customs regulations for themaquiladora operation in Chihuahua, Chihuahua.
This includes but is not limited to: HTS Classification, Valuation, Origin Management, Annex 24 and Annex 30 control, Fixed Assets controls, Broker management as applicable, transaction auditing, recordkeeping, policies and procedures, and related training
Required Education / Experience / Skills
Minimum 5 years of international trade and compliance experience.
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of US and MX customs regulations and other government agencies.
Extensive experience with maquiladora regulations and compliance.
Customs Broker License
Conversational English
