**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible to generate, review and verify that all the information reflected in the import/Export invoices is correct before sending it to the Customs Broker's agencies
- Responsible for permanent and temporary Imports/Export of MRO and Machinery
- Responsible to coordinating with carrier and broker's the import/Export operations.
- Developed and Maintain Updated the Standard Virtual Operation and Standard SCRAP procedures
- Identify opportunities for continues improvement of cycle times.
- Work in conjunction with the LINA/LIMEX materials department to coordinate the scheduling and reception of information for shipments
- Import/Export Pedimentos and Work Documents Record keeping control.
- Responsible to generate and review it in Annex 24 System the Import/Export Pedimento's and send the authorization to the Broker
