**Your role**:**Customer Satisfaction - OSAT and RR**:- Review and analyze the results of customer satisfaction surveys in Medallia.
- Generate detailed reports on customer satisfaction and present findings to the corresponding teams.
- Identify areas of opportunity and propose improvements to increase customer satisfaction, collaborating with internal teams in the development of strategies to increase response rate and participation.
