Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to Station Managers and Regional Training Manager pertaining to Training and Development matters.Assist where necessary to conduct training.Assist in coordinating training bookings both internally and externally.Report any breaches of statutory requirements or company best practice to management.Compile a weekly Training report reflecting attendance.Complete monthly training compliance reports for the Station.Participate in Training audits daily/monthly/annually and provide corrective action assistance to management.Compile monthly training plan for the station.Compile annual training plans for the station.Ensure Stations Training Matrix and LMS system is up to date and current.Ensure that Airline Training...
