Combined Cycle Power Plant Trainer / Training & Qualification Specialist is accountable for developing, executing, and maintaining a comprehensive training and qualification program for plant personnel. This role ensures that all operators and relevant technical staff are trained, qualified, and competent to safely and reliably operate a combined cycle facility in accordance with prudent industry practices, OEM manuals, control system logic, and site operating procedures.

The position also provides direct support in operational troubleshooting, including event analysis and gas turbine control system behavior, and plays a key role in strengthening plant operational discipline, safety culture, and reliability.

• TRAINING & QUALIFICATION PROGRAM
• Develop, implement, and sustain the Combined Cycle Training and Qualification Program for all operational roles (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, BOP, and Control Room personnel).
