Accountable for developing, executing, and maintaining a comprehensive training and qualification program for plant personnel. This role ensures that all operators and relevant technical staff are trained, qualified, and competent to safely and reliably operate a combined cycle facility in accordance with prudent industry practices, OEM manuals, control system logic, and site operating procedures.

Develop, implement, and sustain the Combined Cycle Training and Qualification Program for all operational roles (Gas Turbine, Steam Turbine, HRSG, BOP, and Control Room personnel).

• Define training paths, qualification requirements, competency standards, and requalification cycles for each operational position.
