Technical Training Lead

Classroom and hands‑on practical training classes for both Normet internal personnel and Normet customers, maintaining and operating Normet equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in working through complex Normet product‑related issues, supporting both internal and external stakeholders in mining and tunneling applications.
• Develop regional training material and props to support training classes.
• Subject matter expert on Normet fleet, navigating through interrelated software, digital applications, document libraries, and product‑specific platforms.
• Provide feedback to Normet factories and the global technical training team, helping improve the global training program and equipment operation, using both the technical feedback system and factory‑level networks.
