About This Opportunity
Qualifications - Minimum 12‑15 years experience working with OEM or Tier1 mobile service providers in a network operation centre
- Minimum 4‑5 years experience in a customer‑facing role presenting NOC performance
- 4‑5 years managing a team of 50+ engineers
- Strong knowledge and skill to handle customer technical/process related queries
- Experience in a B2B customer environment and its processes
- High understanding of the telecom domain 2G/3G/LTE/5G
- Hands‑on experience with TX‑SDH, DWDM, OTN Network & operations
- Managing fault management of transmission
- Basic understanding of mobile backhaul network on MPLS, Ethernet
- Experience diagnosing problems with customers and driving resolution
- Experience with vendor platforms NMS/EMS such as Huawei, Alcatel, Adva, Ericsson, Nokia
