About This Opportunity
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1 mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operation centre
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in customer facing role. Presenting NOC Performance.
- Experience of 4-5 years in Managing Team of 50+ Engineers
- Should have strong knowledge and skill to handle customer Technical/process related queries.
- Working experience of B2B customer environment and its processes
- Higher understanding of telecom domain 2G/3G/LTE/5G.
- Hands on experience in technologies of TX -SDH, DWDM, OTN Network & operations is a must.
- Managing Fault Management of Transmission.
- Should have basic understanding of mobile backhaul network on MPLS, Ethernet.
- Experience working with customers to diagnose a problem, and work toward resolution
- Experience in working on various Vendor platforms NMS/EMSs like Huawei, Alcatel, Adva, Ericsson, Nokia etc...
