The Underwriting Assistant, Commercial Auto will play a critical role in the day to day processing of various administrative components in addition to working closely with the team. Manages emails daily and responding to inquiries in the shared inbox Provides administrative support to the underwriting team Processes endorsement in an accurate and timely mannerPerforms tasks including out of sequence endorsements, letters of authorization, experience letters and cancellationsAssigning certain files to underwriters that need immediate attentionCounting and logging incoming electronic mail, and moving to the appropriate mailboxHandling all registered and returned mail from Canada PostSending letters to Brokers/Agents regarding returned registered letters and mail Who You Are
