About the Role The Underwriting Services Supervisor  will provide leadership, support, and coaching for the underwriting support team. Manage the assigned Commercial Lines (CL) Technical Assistant team as it relates to CL processes & procedures, positively affecting our agency partners & insured’s; assuring service standards are met.

Responsibilities and Duties Successfully coach & mentor a team of CL Technical Assistants as it relates to the following aspects of CL underwriting:

• Efficient Workflow Management, New Business rating & issuing, Endorsement handling and Renewal pricing as support for the underwriting team and observing service standards.


• Interview, hire, on-board staff as needed to maintain service levels.
• Invite Team Lead to assist with the on-boarding process.
