You will oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations for US and Puerto Rico employees, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery. You will lead a small team, partner with cross‑functional stakeholders, and serve as the subject‑matter expert in payroll processes, compliance, and systems.

- Lead end‑to‑end payroll processing for US and Puerto Rico (weekly and bi‑weekly cycles) ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise and develop a team of payroll processors, driving performance and accountability.
- Review and validate payroll data, including adjustments, new hires, terminations, and leave payments.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and Puerto Rico regulations, including tax and labor requirements.
