As the Director of Marketing and Brand Strategy on a one-year contract, you will report to the Executive Vice-President and work closely with senior leadership. This role requires a strategic focus on brand management and the development of effective marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead brand evolution post-merger to enhance visibility
• Set and maintain brand communication standards
• Develop multi-channel marketing and fundraising initiatives
• Supervise and enhance digital platforms for outreach
• Foster and guide a talented Marketing & Communications team
Requirements:
• Experience of 7–10 years in marketing and brand strategy
• Demonstrated capability in leading teams effectively
• Proficient in digital marketing and CRM tools
