As the Upholstery Sourcing Specialist, you’ll serve as the strategic bridge between internal teams and external partners, managing the full supplier lifecycle—from complex price negotiations and product development to ensuring seamless delivery and production capacity.
In Sourcing, you drive the engine of our physical business by turning complex BOM analysis and market data into actionable supplier strategies. This fits into our larger need to ensure a continuous, high-quality, and ethical supply chain, which is important because maintaining product availability and cost‑efficiency allows us to scale reliably while staying true to our promise.
