Licensure & Credentialing Requirements- Board Certification: Required OR truly Board Eligible (Urology)
- Board Status: Must be current (no lapsed certification accepted)
- New York Medical License: Required or ability to obtain

Training & Procedural Scope- General Urology practice including:
- Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH)
- Urologic cancers (prostate, bladder, kidney)
- Kidney stones
