Are you detail‑oriented, analytical, and experienced in managing complex U.S. payroll processes? We’re looking for a US Payroll Specialist to join our team and support payroll operations for multiple clients with accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.

About the Role

The US Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-client payroll, ensuring full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role works closely with the Payroll Manager and accounting team, maintains audit-ready records, and provides excellent client communication and support.
