Responsibilities

• Implement participatory planning processes to strengthen value chains in San Andrés and Providencia, linked to plastic and organic waste through an economic circular focus and design a Business Model and Governance with an action plan adapted to the territory.
• Design methodology and tools for participatory co‑creation of strategic guidelines with a circular economy and value chain emphasis.
• Lead at least six strategic planning workshops with local actors selected during the SRO linked to plastic and organic waste chains.
• Order planning outputs for an action plan per waste type (plastics and organics) reflecting the proposed strengthening toward selected ventures.
