Drive impactful value creation initiatives as an Associate at Teachers’ Venture Growth, working in a collaborative hybrid environment with growth equity experts.
In this role, you will report to the Principal of Value Creation and engage closely with team leaders. If you possess a strong analytical acumen and experience in high-performance settings, you will help develop key strategies and tools to maximize portfolio potential and forge important connections.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support development of board governance and business development capabilities
• Identify value creation opportunities within the portfolio
• Coordinate with key stakeholders for project implementation
• Analyze data to inform portfolio strategies
• Assist in developing playbooks and reports on value creation
Requirements:
• University degree in business or finance
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in consulting or finance
• Attention to detail with complex modeling skills
