**Position Overview**
We are looking for a dynamic, results‑driven Value Stream Leader to oversee and coordinate all operational activities within a defined value stream. This role is responsible for leading teams, ensuring safe and efficient production, improving processes, managing resources, and achieving operational KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
You will work closely with cross‑functional groups to optimize manufacturing processes, develop team capabilities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
