We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to join our Platform Modernization & Resilience team within the Application Infrastructure pillar. In this role, you’ll help shape how we modernize and scale our application infrastructure, ensuring our systems are reliable, resilient, and ready to support continued growth. You’ll work closely with development teams, architects, and cross-functional partners to design and evolve the platform that powers our services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor developers across design, coding, and testing practices, helping raise the bar across the team
• Design and support microservices deployed via Terraform in AWS environments
• Contribute to and review Java code to resolve issues and deliver new features
