Role Overview
Reporting to the CEO and supporting the Board of Directors, the Vice President, Finance is a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial stewardship for the organization. Key Responsibilities
Lead the formulation and approval process for multi‑year financial plans and the annual budget to ensure that sufficient resources are allocated for successful program delivery. Prepare and present financial, budget, and other reports to the Board of Directors and other Board Committees, as directed by the CEO. Plan and manage the organization’s cash flow; provide advice and risk analysis on the financial implications of FNCIAS activities and decisions. Represent FNCIAS at governance tables relevant to Accounting, Finance, and Payroll, or others as directed by the CEO.
