VP of Human Resources and Health and Safety

Dallan Forestry is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources and Health and Safety to lead our HR and H&S functions across multiple worksites in Northern Ontario. This critical role reports directly to the General Manager or President and is responsible for overseeing both the human resources team, including an HR Generalist, and the health and safety team.

As a unionized forestry operation, we require a leader with proven expertise in collective bargaining, labour relations, and ensuring comprehensive compliance with all relevant provincial legislation. The successful candidate will drive strategic initiatives in workforce planning, talent management, and policy development tailored to our unique operational environment.
