Brandt is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales - Agriculture for the Alberta and Saskatchewan regions, reporting to our Regina location. The VP of Sales is accountable for sales performance, market share growth and aligning sales objectives with Brandt’s business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Achieving sales growth and profitability throughout the assigned Territory
• Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including new and used Wholegoods inventory
• Providing assistance and guidance for forecasting the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals in the assigned Territory
• Providing continuous input on the development of standard agricultural specifications and encouraging the selling standards
