• Use Proper Case for all fields (Proper Case means capitalizing the first letter of each word, e.g., John Smith - not JOHN SMITH or john smith)


• Do not enter information in ALL CAPS or all lowercase, as this may create duplicate profiles in the system


• Enter your preferred name - this should be a professional variation of your real name (e.g., John instead of John Michael Smith)


• Do not use nicknames, aliases, or non-professional names (e.g., gamer tags or unrelated names)


• Avoid duplicating your full legal name in the preferred name field

Failure to follow these instructions may result in delays to your application processing, onboarding, and project start date.
